Note: This is a personal lifesaving award, not a lifeguarding course/certificate.

Course Description:
The CBLQ covers all elements of beach lifeguard theory, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first aid, pool skills and open water skills. The course is physically demanding and will include swimming to set times and lifting. The CBLQ is comprised of four modules and all must be successfully passed to attain the qualification.
Note: This qualification is suitable for employment as a proffesional beach lifeguard.
We are currently in the process of endorsing this course with the International Lifesaving Federation, granting International Beach Lifeguard Status.

Course Description:
Lifeguards around the world have adopted the recreational Personal Water Craft (also known as the Jet-Ski) as one of the most successful rescue aids of recent times.
The experienced PWC Operator ( a pre-requiesite of the course) will be taught the skills neccessary to operate the RWC in surf conditions, perform effective rescues and how to deliver lifesupport whilst underway, to name but a few of the exiting modules covered.
Culminating in assessed rescue scenarios, succesful candidates will be equiped to operate under pressure in demanding seas!
Note: Candidates are normally required to provided their own RWC. This must be suitably adapted for rescue work, including a rescue sled/board.
